Meetup Details

For this month's meet up thought it might be interesting to discuss customer journey mapping.

Could everyone please create a customer journey map for buying a coffee at their local Starbucks? During the session, we can discuss everyone's ideas and offer suggestions for improvement.

Meetup attendees
