While many teams have heard of Design Sprints, most still think of them as a tool for startups or big product launches. The Design Sprint process has evolved—and it’s more relevant than ever for teams of all sizes.

The challenge? Most professionals are still using the old Design Sprint. They’re missing out on updates that make it faster, easier to apply, and better suited for today’s pace of work.

What if you could solve big challenges in just days, not weeks? What if you could align your team, test ideas, and make real progress without the endless back-and-forth?

Join Amr Khalifeh, Senior Design Sprint Facilitator at AJ&Smart, to discover how the Design Sprint has evolved, the updates most people don’t know about, and how you can use the process to tackle problems smarter and faster—no matter your role or team size.

You’ll learn:

  • What’s new in the Design Sprint: The latest updates to the process that make it faster, more flexible, and easier to apply in 2025.
  • How Design Sprints solve real problems quickly: The surprising principles that make the Design Sprint work for teams of all sizes, from startups to enterprises.
  • Why the “classic” Design Sprint isn’t enough anymore: The pitfalls of outdated approaches and how the modern Design Sprint fixes them.
  • Step-by-step overview of the updated Sprint: A clear breakdown of the process, plus tips for running one effectively—whether in-person or remote.
  • Practical takeaways for your team: Actionable tools and techniques you can start using right away to align, ideate, and make faster progress.

Whether you’re looking to improve your team’s collaboration or refresh your understanding of the Design Sprint, this Master Class is for you!

Even if you can't attend live, register to gain access to a recording that you can watch at any time after the broadcast.
